Baseball Coaching With Coach Bain

Baseball Coaching With Coach Bain ------- There are times, during the normal course of a coaching and writing day, that an idea pops into my head or something triggers a long forgotten tad bit of information, which I believe would be very helpful to a Coach, Parent or Player.

The problem normally is, I can’t write enough on the One point of information, to fill an entire webpage. Until I began this website I had No idea a webpage must be of a certain length and contain a minimum number of words, or else the Search engines, Google, won’t even post it to the internet.

I can’t say that’s a bad idea, as I go to the net to find concise, to the point information of Quality Content, not links short on quality content and information, but garbage content with fill-in advertising, or a webpage which uses a Rambling Maze of useless information in order to meet the minimum word usage.=====Baseball Coaching With Coach Bain

Thus my dilemma of having useful information, but no avenue to distribute it. *** There may be a 100 methods to get the word out, but remember, “I’m Extremely Computer & Internet Limited.” You really have no idea how difficult it was for me to create this site, but that’s another story.

I had thought about jotting the ideas down on a designated paper Short Ideas Only!! .... But I either couldn’t find the paper when the idea hit or I somehow lost it, which means I probably Arm Swept it into the trash can during my weekly desk clearing exercise.=====Baseball Coaching With Coach Bain

When I finally succeeded in finding, keeping and writing down 4 or 5 ideas or tips, I realized the content, although quality, was all over the board. This would not only make it difficult to write about, but the reader would feel as if he’s chasing a Mexican Jumping Bean, which would end with him reading the information, but not really understanding it because I’d made it so jumbled up.

Frustrated, I finally gave up on the idea and didn’t think about it for months until, one day an answer to my prayer came in an E-mail. Create an E-zine. This method of distribution allowed me to offer quick, spur of the moment tips and ideas to Coaches, Parents & Players without a cumbersome writing assignment which was geared more to pleasing Search Engines than my Visitor.

Thus, the creation of a sports news letter geared directly to my audience, You and not Google.

First Tip Of The New Year:

Although it very well may be snowing where you live, it’s the middle of January already. Since you’re stuck in the house anyway, now’s a great time to dig out your Baseball Gear and exam it.

1. Carefully give your bat a good visual inspection. Are there chips, cracks or dings visible? These could cause a catastrophic bat failure at the most incontinent time, like bases loaded.

2. Exam your glove. Make sure the leather lacing is tight with no broken strings. Use a glove or leather moisturizer to soften the leather.

3. Exam and try on your spikes, whether metal or rubber cleats. Check for frayed shoe strings or damaged interior. Make sure they still fit! Sometimes athletes incur a growth spurt over the off season and if you like ordering your footwear off the internet, allow yourself some lead time instead of realizing at the 1st practice your foot won’t go inside your spikes.
